The Ministers of Rural Development and Food, Makis Voridis and Finance Christos Staikouras, as part of the Government's ongoing efforts to strengthen the primary sector, made the farmers of normal status beneficiaries of the Refundable Advance of the 4th cycle.
According to the successful financial scheme prepared by the Ministry of Finance, farmers can also benefit from the favorable terms of the program to cover the costs of their cultivation needs in the current phase of dealing with the pandemic.. Please note that the deadline for submitting applications is Monday 30 November 2020.
This particularly favorable development is the culmination of the intensive efforts made by Mr.. Voridis since the beginning of the pandemic to boost the income of Greek producers and comes to be added to the important package implemented by the Ministry to support farmers in this particular situation that the world is experiencing.
In a relevant statement, the Minister points out the full commitment of the Ministry to the uninterrupted support of the producers of our country, in order to continue smoothly and with the best possible conditions the valuable for the Greek economy and the Greek society, their productive work.
Who is eligible for the aid?
1) Όλοι οι κατά κύριο επάγγελμα αγρότες οι οποίοι παρουσίασαν έσοδα της τάξεως των 300 euro (at least) in the two months of September-October 2019 and at the same time their income in the two months of September-October 2020 were reduced at least by 20% in relation to its counterparts 2019.
2) Ειδικά για τις πληγείσες από τον «ΙΑΝΟ» περιοχές δικαιούχοι είναι όλοι οι κατά κύριο επάγγελμα αγρότες οι οποίοι παρουσίασαν έσοδα της τάξεως των 300 euro (at least) in the two months of September-October 2019.
From the amount of 1.000 euro, to be received by the beneficiaries as a "refundable advance", will only return the 500 euro.
