The Accession of Acts fifteen (15) Energy Upgrade projects, total budget 7.181.624,32 €, signed by the Regional Governor, K. George Kasapidis, today Monday 13 December 2021.

A. Region of western Macedonia, Π.Ε. Of Kastoria, two (2) total budget projects 1.495.987,78 €
• "Energy upgrade of the Governor's Office of the Regional Unit of Kastoria", budget 1.264.174,74 €
• "Energy upgrade of the Kastoria Chamber Building", budget 231.813,04 €
B. University of Western Macedonia, two (2) projects, total budget 1.766.780,31 €
• "Supply and installation of energy saving systems of the building facilities of the University of Western Macedonia in Grevena", budget 913.622,96 €
• "Supply and installation of energy saving systems of the building facilities of the University of Western Macedonia in Kastoria",, budget 853.157,34 €
C. Municipality of Argos Orestiko, three (3) total budget projects 1.234.713,08 €

In his statements, the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia, George Kasapidis, after the signing of their accessions 15 energy upgrade projects, pointed out the fulfillment of the commitment of the Regional Authority for "Greening" of Western Macedonia and the reduction of the carbon footprint. Alongside, The establishment of the Green Transition Observatory is progressing rapidly, to monitor the implementation of a large number of energy upgrade projects throughout the Region, seeking to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while reducing energy costs.
It should be noted that the above operations are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ΕΤΠΑ).
