The announcement - invitation 2C/2022 concerning the first written competition for the filling of permanent positions in the State enters the final stretch.
Late Monday nightthe Official Gazette was issued with the material for the candidate ranking process withpanhellenic written competition in a table of scores by category and branch/specialty of UNIVERSITY and TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION according to article 8 of n. 4765/2021 (first stage).
The competition is about 54 specialties (32 PE and 22 TE) with the degrees being determined by the relevant tables.
Submission of applications
The deadline for submitting electronic applications begins on 2 December day Friday and time 08:00 and ends on 20 December 2022, day Tuesday and time 14:00.
TheASEP invites interested UNIVERSITY and TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION candidates to submit, as long as they possess the formal and general qualifications for participation , "APPLICATION - DISCLAIMER" (electronic) for the ranking process with a pan-Hellenic written competition in a scoreboard by category and branch/specialty (first stage), in order for successful applicants to participate, in a second stage, in announcements to fill positions of corresponding branches/specialties of UNIVERSITY and TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION, to bodies of par. 1 of the article 2 of n. 4765/2021, as long as they have any required additional qualifications at that time (indicatively: computer knowledge, knowledge of a foreign language, experience) as well as EE positions, on the condition that they possess the specialization required for each subject in accordance with the relevant provisions.
The Α.Σ.Ε.Π.. after the submission of the applications prepares an alphabetical list of participants by category and branch/specialty of the accepted candidates. The check of the fee is carried out automatically when submitting applications for participation and the application is finalized only with the confirmation of the payment of the fee. Candidates who do not finalize their application, due to late payment of the fee, they do not appear in the Integrated Information System (OPS) of A.S.E.P.. In this case, there are no persons excluded from the procedure due to non-payment of the specified fee (APPENDIX C).
Examination of courses/exams (examination of knowledge and test of skills and work efficiency) it will be done in writing using the method of multiple-choice questions and the answers will be given on special Answer Sheets.
The Central Competition Committee determines the grade corresponding to each answer and the grading of the papers is done using the means of electronic technology. The pan-Hellenic written competition includes the following two (2) courses/tests: a) examination of knowledge concerning the evaluation of knowledge of general content, which is deemed necessary or useful for the candidates to have in order to fulfill their duties.

Candidates' scores are weighted with the following weighting factors: a) knowledge test: 50%, b) skills and work efficiency test: 50%.
METHOD – TIME OF COMPETITION
The dates of the competition, the program and examination centers are notified in time, with announcements from A.S.E.P.. The subjects are transmitted simultaneously to the examination centers with the Secure Transmission System (SAM) of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs or by any other suitable and safe means.
Scoring
THEgrading of courses/tests, it is done by electronic reading of the answer sheets through an optical electronic scanner (scanner-ΟCR) based on the predetermined ones, by the Central Competition Committee, answers. The score of the written procedure is set on a scale of 1-100 and the basis of the score is fifty-five (55) marks for each subject/test below which the candidate is deemed to have failed. Course/exam grade is the sum of the marks of all correct answers as a whole and is scaled 1-100. As long as it is implemented, following a decision of the Central Competition Committee and negative grading, the score will be obtained after subtracting the score corresponding to the incorrect answers. If a decimal number appears in the score, the degree is rounded to two decimal places of the unit. The score in the Panhellenic written competition consists of the sum of the weighted score that the candidate obtained in its individual courses/tests. The overall score is derived by rounding two (2) decimal places. Total grade of the competition is the grade of the written exam. After grading is complete, the answer sheets of all participants in the pan-Hellenic written competition are sent to the Central Competition Committee, which, after checking the correctness of the entries of the scores in the relevant statements, draws up the ranking tables by category and branch or specialty and by descending order of total score and sends them to A.S.E.P., in order to make them public. The ranking tables list the data on the basis of which the ranking order of the candidates was determined. The above tables are posted on the website of A.S.E.P.. Candidates who did not obtain the base score required for their classification in the pan-Hellenic written competition are registered on a rejection list. An objection is not allowed against the score in the pan-Hellenic written competition, as well as re-examination or re-grading of papers. Successful candidates of the first stage of UNIVERSITY and TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION disciplines/specialties may participate, in a second stage, in announcements to fill positions of corresponding branches/specialties of UNIVERSITY and TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION in bodies of par. 1 of the article 2 of Law 4765/2021, as long as they have any required additional qualifications at that time (indicatively: computer knowledge, knowledge of a foreign language, experience) as well as EE positions, on the condition that they possess the specialization required for each subject in accordance with the relevant provisions.
