The losers and winners of the new recruitment system at ASEP, με βάση το BILL του ΥΠΕΣ, records aftodioikisi.gr. Specifically, based on the new system that provides for an annual pan-Hellenic competition with written examinations for permanent recruitment in the State by 2022:
Compared to the current system the losers are included:
-Large families, three children, Disabled relatives
-Those who have a first degree in PE, TE DE
-The language learners
-Those who have work experience (that is,, older, usually in age)
-Οι οικονομικά ασθενείς που δεν έχουν χρήματα για φροντιστήρια, which are expected to sprout like mushrooms.
To the winners it is:
-Those who do not have work experience (that is,, mainly, younger in age)
-Those who will be lucky in choosing multiple choice.
-Those who have enough money for tutoring that is expected to mushroom like mushrooms.
It is recalled that with the new system provided to be implemented by 2022, provided:
-Written tests conducted electronically, for all positions of permanent and Private law Indefinite time staff of the categories of education PE, TE and DE but also of the Special Scientific Staff, in the standards of the national exams (in collaboration with Α.Σ.Ε.Π.. With the Ministry of Education and Religions and the Ministry of Digital Governance for administrative issues, where required) and include two distinct parts: Knowledge test, Skills and Job Effectiveness Test.
-The statement of participation in the exams of the cognitive fields (in how many and which) it is up to the candidates to decide according to the preference of the positions they have declared (different fields of knowledge for e.g.. computer scientists, economists, lawyers), while the test of skills and work efficiency is common for all candidates per training category.
