"Emergency Grant to Businesses Affected by Russia's Aggression Against Ukraine and International Sanctions Imposed"
The Action concerns support - reinforcement of businesses in the fur and related goods sector that have been affected by the war situation in Ukraine and the international sanctions against Russia.
The grant provided comes to cover in the form of working capital, future operating expenses and purchases of raw materials in order to secure part of the required liquidity for the continuation of economic activities and business operations, indirectly supporting the preservation of jobs.
Action Budget
20 million. euro (17 million. euros for Small and Medium Enterprises with EPANEK resources and 3 million. euros for Large Enterprises with purely national resources).
The Action is co-financed with resources from Greece and the European Union(European Regional Development Fund - ERDF REACT EU).
Beneficiaries of the Action
Businesses in the sector of fur and related goods based on the eligible KAD of the Action, regardless of their legal form.
Subsidy
The grant per beneficiary company, will be granted as a lump sum (lump sum) to provide liquidity and cover future purchases of raw materials and operating costs.
For companies set up within it 2021 regardless of whether they had income from business activity or not, they receive a lump sum amount4.000 euro.
The maximum amount that can be granted as a lump sum amounts to60.000 euros per beneficiary company(distinct VAT number).
Basic Conditions for Participation
Eligible businesses in the Action should, including, meet the following conditions:
a) To submita Funding Applicationper VAT number for all the facilities they have.
b) To have started work at the competent DOUuntil 31.12.2021.
c) To haveuntil 31.12.2021 as the main activity code or as the activity code with the largest income one of the eligible KAD of the Fund 6: "ELIGIBLE AREAS OF ACTIVITY". For businesses withstart of work before 01.01.2020 the control is based on the KAD with the highest revenues, as indicated in the relevant Field of Form E3 (Statement of financial data from business activity) Tax year 2019 submitted in the year 2020. For businesses withstarting work within it 2020 or within 2021, the control is carried out based on the main activity or company's KAD, or of the branch.
d) To displayexports to third countries in the year 2021at least in percentage 20% on the total turnover of the same year. The turnover from export activity results from the amounts declared in the periodic VAT declarations (Form Φ2 – Code 348) year 2021. The total turnover results from the amount declared in the code 500 of the year E3 form 2021. For the businesses they haveadministrative use from July 1 to 30 June, the turnover of the year 1.1.2021 – 31.12.2021 results from the periodic VAT declarations of this period. The percentage is rounded to the second decimal place.
The participation condition is presumed to be met in the case of businesses withstart of operations within the year 2021.
e) To show a decrease in their turnover during the first half of the year 2022 at least in percentage10% in relation to the turnover of the first half of the year 2019.
The turnover results from the periodic VAT declarations (Code. 312) of the corresponding time periods.
For the businesses they have donestart of operations within the year 2019, calculated and compared the daily turnover of the year 2019 (annual turnover 2019 for the operating days in the year 2019) and of his AA semester 2022 (first semester turnover 2022 for 181).
The resulting reduction percentage is rounded to the second decimal place.
The participation condition is presumed to be met in the case of businesses starting operations within the year 2020 or within 2021, as well as in the case of businesses that during the year 2019 demonstrably had no income from business activity of any kind.

g) To be obliged to submit VAT Returns.

Subsidized Expenses
As a datestart of expenditure eligibility is defined as1in February 2022.
Public funding paid in the form of a lump sum, intended to cover eligible operating costsfrom the date of commencement of expenditure eligibility to 31.12.2022.
Indicative costs eligible for the Action, in the context of application of simplified cost selection and lump sum calculation, they can be the following:
1. Consumer Goods purchases,
2. purchases of A Materials and Consumables,
3. rents of professional premises,
4. energy costs, fixed and mobile professional telephony, water supply, heating, etc.,
5. expenses for third party fees (legal, counseling, accounting support, etc.),
6. advertising and networking expenses (design and printing of advertising forms, posters, advertising listings, expenses for participation in professional exhibitions, corporate website/Creation and/or Upgrade, etc.),
7. consumables supply costs,
8. depreciation of fixed equipment (tangible and intangible),
9. salary costs of the company's personnel.

Electronic Submission
The application for funding is submitted electronically to the State Aid Information System (PSKE) provided by the Ministry of Development and Investment to the addresswww.ependyseis.gr labeled: "Emergency Grant to Businesses Affected by Russia's Aggression Against Ukraine and International Sanctions Imposed".
Cancellation of the electronic funding application by the aid beneficiary is allowed (by the declared legal representative of the business), provided that a cancellation request is submitted within an exclusive period up to five (5) working days from the final submission of the funding application and before the start of this evaluation and up to ten (10) working days before the deadline for submitting funding applications.
