The new deadline is at 15 February 2022 for applications for detached houses / individual apartments.
"I save": What works it subsidizes
What work can be done at home or the apartment building through the new "Save"; According to the guide of "I save" there are 5 basic categories of interventions.
The first is the "Frames / Shading systems / Ventilation". This includes work such as the installation of windows and doors or mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery. The 10+1 supporting documents for "I save"
To submit the application to "I save", from an individual apartment or house, the following is required 10+1 supporting documents:
1-Building Permit and / or other corresponding / additional legal document (such as subjecting the declared construction or use to a law for the settlement of arbitrary constructions). In case there are pending legalization / settlement in the property, the initial declaration of inclusion in a law for the settlement of arbitrary constructions must have been made before the submission of the application to the Program. It should be noted that, when submitting to the Electronic Identity Program, the affiliation must be completed in accordance with par. 8 of article 81 of law 4495/2017. Subsequent statement, from submitting an application to the Program, for inclusion in a law for the settlement of arbitrary constructions, may be submitted in case of deviation of the Useful area of the property up to the limit of seven (7) square meters, in order for the energy interventions to be in accordance with the current legislation. In each case, Prior to the final disbursement of the project grant, the certificate of completion of the subordination for the arrangement of arbitrary constructions must have been presented, where the repayment of the total of the single special fine of the property will occur.

5- Photographic capture of the current condition of the sections and surfaces of the property in which interventions are proposed. At least five are submitted electronically (5) electronic .jpeg format files
6- In case the house is rented / granted free of charge, submitted by the applicant (complete master / usufructuary) declaration of compliance with the De Minimis Regulation, as it is in each case, in accordance with Annex IX.
7- In case the taxpayer and / or the spouse is a tax resident abroad, are additionally submitted: 3 a) Tax Residence Certificate (CERTIFICATE OF TAX RESIDENCE), which should be completed, signed and stamped by the competent tax authority of his Residence, b) Tax return for the tax year 2020, submitted in the country of Tax Residence. The above a 'and b' supporting documents must be submitted accompanied by their official translation into Greek by a competent authority.
8- In case the non-obligation to submit a tax return legally arises, a responsible statement of law 1599/1986 is submitted in accordance with the relevant Model based on the circular DEAF A 1138225 EX 2018 of the Independent Public Revenue Authority in accordance with Annex X., as well as supporting documents, as appropriate, for the determination by the Implementing Agency that the criteria of the program are met. The Responsible Declaration must bear a certificate of authenticity of the declarant's signature.
9- In the event that the applicant did not have a right in rem over the property and such a right was acquired for the first time after the 31.12.2020, are additionally submitted: a) The title deed. b) The transfer certificate from the competent mortgage office or the certificate of its registration in the cadastral sheets of the relevant Cadastral Office. c) Responsible Statement N.. 1599/1986 of the applicant (Annex XI), where it is stated that the property will be used as the main residence either by himself or by a third party, also stating the name and VAT number of this person. Please note that registration must be preceded by registration / modification of the Real Estate Details statement E9.
10- In case the taxpayer, or the debtor's spouse and dependent children, have a degree of disability at least 67%, the "Notification of Disability Certification Result" is submitted, issued by the Disability Certification Center.
11- In case of polytechnic status, Certificate of Polytechnic Qualification is submitted with a digital signature of the Supreme Confederation of Polytechnics of Greece (ΑΣΠΕ). All supporting documents must be valid at the time of application.
