5. Financial support of the Local Government
The extraordinary subsidy to the Local Government during the pandemic period has exceeded 200 million. euro. It is noted that the purpose is to replenish its revenues, as during the quarantine period no municipal fees are paid by citizens and businesses.
6. Social character of Local Government – Help at home
During the health crisis it has intensified, significantly, the social character of Local Government. Indicatively, it is pointed out that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made facilities in the program "Help at Home". In a short time they will work as permanent 3.000 employees in the Program, which, Meanwhile, has been supported by employees of other sectors of the Municipalities who have suspended their operation due to quarantine.
7. Public sector reforms
The initiatives in this "front" aim at the de-partisanization of the State. 8. The way of acquiring Citizenship is objective and inviolable
