In a new extension until 15 November, the deadline for submitting the necessary supporting documents for companies that have received financial support under all rounds of "Refundable Advance" and its measure Increased Special Purpose Compensation, as well as the participating companies in its measure Fixed Expenditure Subsidy, the Ministry of Finance is moving forward, in cooperation with the co-responsible Ministries of Development and Labor.
So, additional time is provided for the submission of the required supporting documents and in particular for the issuance of the uniform certificates of judicial solvency by the relevant Courts of First Instance and at the same time the process of their search and issuance is facilitated, given the number of companies supported under these measures.
To facilitate the process of submitting the supporting documents, It is clarified that the companies that have received aid under the Provisional Framework are obliged to submit supporting documents., while the supporting documents are submitted through the electronic platform "myBusinessSupport" of AADE.
The required single judicial solvency certificate is required to be sought ex officio in cases of Courts of First Instance having an electronic system, that is, of the Athens Courts of First Instance, Thessaloniki, Piraeus and Chalkida.
In case the headquarters of the company is not located in the above areas, the certificate, issued by the Court of First Instance of the registered office of the company and is submitted through the electronic platform "myBusinessSupport" of AADE, while the relevant application for its issuance can also be submitted through gov.gr.
