By Decision of the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection Katerina Papakosta – Sidiropoulou, returned from tomorrow, Friday 21 December 2018, driving licenses, license plates and vehicle licenses, in order to facilitate the citizens in their movements, during the Christmas holidays, of the New Year and the Epiphanies.
The Decision concerns the driving and traffic data that have been removed or submitted to the Police Authorities until today, Thursday 20 December 2018, for the following infringements:
- of the article 34 COKE. (stop and parking) and
- of the paragraph 3 of the article 4 COKE. (plate P-40, stopping and parking is prohibited), for which the license and license plates of the vehicle are to be removed for twenty (20) days, in accordance with paragraph 8 of the article 103 of K.O.K., as amended and in force with paragraph 3 of the article 31 of Law 4530/2018.
They are excluded infringements concerning the obstruction of access ramps for persons with disabilities and the parking in exclusive or general parking spaces for persons with disabilities (article 29 par. 1 ed. b of Law 4530/2018).
A condition for the return of the above-mentioned driving and traffic data is the payment of the administrative fine.
It is noted that the execution of decisions issued by judicial or other authorities is normally applied, as they do not fall under the above data recovery process.
