Frost broke out in the central and northern continents of the country during the early morning hours of Thursday (16/12), with the minimum temperature in Western Macedonia reaching them -5 Celsius degrees.
Specifically, according to the network of automatic meteorological stations of the National Observatory of Athens / meteo.gr the lowest minimum temperatures were recorded at the following meteorological stations:
- Variko of Florina and Vlasti of Kozani with -5 Celsius degrees
- Metsovo with -4,7
- Volakas Nevrokopiou with -4,5 grades
