The Lifelong Learning Program entitled Crisis and change management. Practical applications in Management aims to acquire basic knowledge in communication and work skills, in crisis and change management techniques, which should be available to employees in Organizations and Businesses as managers, bosses, department heads, secretarial and administrative support, to enhance productive capacity within the professional space, to facilitate significantly in dealing with work problems and changes in management, to understand the ethical and social responsibility of an Organization / Business.
The aim is to detect and raise awareness of communication skills and communication systems in relation to the ethics of Organizations / Businesses, corporate and social ethical responsibility, the ethical leadership of the modern leader and the importance of his leadership role in management.
In the context of upgrading skills, of current and future employees, training in rhetorical-communication techniques becomes necessary, in communication systems and models, in theories of semiotic analysis, in conflict management techniques and methods, in negotiation and mediation, in decision making and team dynamics in management, in order to develop communication skills, strategies and techniques that will contribute to the ability to manage issues and crises in the work environment.
Crisis and change management training today is particularly imperative for dealing with unexpected situations, such as the covid pandemic 19, which nowadays has caused great confusion in the global economy and has been a challenge for the European Union, which is called to manage the pandemic crisis and changes in social and economic life in solidarity, consciousness, wisdom and emotional intelligence. All of these issues are at the core of the Lifelong Learning Program.
- The Lifelong Learning Program is long lasting 400 hours, will take place over time nine (9) months and is denoted by 10 ten (10) units, based on the Official Gazette for the determination of academic qualifications (Government Gazette 1088, Τχ. Β´4.2019). The Lifelong program awards Certificate of Specialized Training
- The Lifelong Program will start November of 2021 and classes will be conducted remotely with modern ( via ZOOM) and asynchronous methods ( via e–class).
