But after 2016, with the transfer of the percentages of the State to PPC SA, at the Superfund and the HRDH, as well as hundreds of other national assets in technocratic institutions, whose composition of administrations and the way they make decisions go beyond national political control, The evolution of the reduction of the percentage of the State in the shareholding structure of PPC SA was expected. This is because the prevailing view at both EU level, as well as in national, is that in conditions of competition the citizen enjoys better services and prices.
I will approach the issue from a purely local point of view, self-governing point of view, avoiding references related to national energy policy, the security of the country's supply and the utilization of our national fuel, of lignite.
