Two OAED programs are in full swing, relating to the whole 9.300 jobs. The positions are full and part time and the beneficiaries will have to submit their application electronically.
The programs are as follows:
A) Employment program 8.500 long-term unemployed 55-67 years
The main purpose of the program is to create 8.500 new full-time jobs, for the employment of the long-term unemployed, age 55-67 years.
Beneficiaries are the Legal Entities under Public Law (ΝΠΔΔ), businesses of Municipalities and Regions, businesses, public sector bodies and organizations regularly engaged in economic activity, as well as first and second degree local authorities that are not engaged in economic activity.
The beneficiaries are the unemployed aged 55 to 67 years, registered in the OAED unemployment register, for a period of at least 12 months.
The duration of the program is 12 months, expandable for others 12 months, and the amount of the monthly salary subsidy and insurance contributions amounts to 75% of salary and insurance contributions up to 750 € monthly.
Beneficiaries submit an application form and a vacancy order electronically and determine the specialty and educational level of the position
OAED confirms that the beneficiary meets the conditions.
OAED employment advisers nominate candidates to the beneficiary according to the required qualifications for the vacancy, in order of priority based on the number of months of long-term unemployment
The beneficiary chooses from among the candidates and hires the unemployed
B) Employment program 800 unemployed from Vulnerable Social Groups
The purpose is to create 800 new jobs, full-time or part-time, for the recruitment of unemployed by Vulnerable Social Groups. BENEFICIARIES Businesses and employers of the private and social sector.
also, for the recruitment of unemployed disabled people, companies, institutions and Public Sector Organizations, as well as companies of Local Government Organizations that carry out economic activity.
Beneficiaries must not have reduced their staff in the 3 months prior to application and have not received state aid funding in excess of 200.000 € the previous ones 3 years (current and 2 previous).
Beneficiaries of the program are people with disabilities (AmeA) registered in the special register of unemployed disabled people and people addicted to addictive substances, the Released, Young Delinquents or Young People at Social Risk, the victims of gender and domestic violence and the transgender persons registered in the OAED unemployment register.
