"New Shock in Catering with the new measures for Minors aged from 5 to 17 years"
Unfortunately once again the focus pays a heavy price for the measures for him Covid-19.
Shock and indignation with strong protests to thousands of Catering and Entertainment entrepreneurs, as well as the ministerial decision 55400 predict, including, for Indoors, that entry will not be allowed even to unvaccinated children over 12 to 17 years. They must provide rapid test to enter our stores, while minors from 4 to 11 years can provide self-diagnosis (self test).
The age group from 5 to 17 years and especially the team of 12 to 17 years, the use of a (1) Rapid test for their entry, means a very strong financial blow, when in fact it has been estimated that the unvaccinated touch 69 with 70%. There are already over a thousand companies that have put a padlock while tens of thousands of Catering companies are deeply concerned and even with the upcoming change of weather conditions.
We appeal to the Chambers, Associations, Organisations, Association, Federations for their immediate actions in the competent Ministries for change of measures, before it's too late for the creepy Catering and Entertainment industry.
Dear Colleagues, there have been (2) questions from colleagues and which we answer after a telephone contact with the Ministry of Development.
QUESTIONS BY COLLEAGUES
- The Employer is not considered an employee, so what kind of measures apply;
- Ta (2) Rapid test cover an employee of 5 and 6 days;
- All natural persons working in a company are considered employees, regardless of the type of person, that is, owner, husband, children or employees.
