"The Raftakos of words"
After four years of presence, his sold out show Little North, based on its eponymous best seller Antonis Papatheodoulou, goes up to Kozani. Our favorite Tailor sets up his tailor shop and waits for young and old to make the most beautiful and unique clothes with… words!
The actors become one with the children. They recommend musical instruments, enchant with their narrative and through interaction and game give the young spectators a show experience.
Fresh, soft, moving… a work that manages in the most sensitive way to speak to the souls of children about difficult and abstract concepts. For the luminous power of the tongue, the warmth of love and communication, but also for the deep inner satisfaction that comes from one who does his job with passion and love.
The story of Raftakos
In a small town, which may look like the rest, lives a humble and special tailor who is unlike any other!
A tailor who dresses the whole city in magical clothes, which become sometimes cool and sometimes warm. Does not use wool or silk thread, but uses his secret, that none of the inhabitants of the city has noticed… the words!
But time passes, the small town grows and people start to follow fashion. Everyone forgets the tailor and buys ready-made clothes from the shops, what they see in the ads. Once upon a time in the city, Nevertheless, A terrible winter is falling and the inhabitants are doing everything they can to keep warm. But they do not achieve anything and then ται they remember their tailor…. And they are looking for him!
A tailor different. Weaving with words, that warms and cools the people of the city with clothes knitted with love and care. The Raftakos of Words from the publications Border is a "diamond" of our times.

The Little North Theater presents on 28 November at 17.00 am at the Art Gallery of DIPETHE Kozani the performance:
"Three's and Aesop"
After the successful performances "Aesop Comics" and "Aesop Comics 2: The false shepherd and other myths ", Mikros Vorras is coming this year renewed with Aesop No3. Four different myths of Aesop come to life in front of the eyes of young and old spectators, in the new show of the Little North, “Three… and Aesop!”. A theatrical interactive show for the whole family.
The myths of our Aesop became a fairy tale
Stork and fox, mouse and lion
cicada singer, two ants all thanks
and next to three others, son father and Doris.
The author Thodoris Papaioannou, transcribed into a theatrical speech about the Little North, four new myths of Aesop. Three actors transform on stage each time into different characters, to animate and tell four new myths of our favorite storyteller: Fox and Lelekas, Everyone with their opinion, Cicada and the Ants & The Lion and the Mouse.
Each myth is represented by a different kind of theater (form theater, musical theater, puppet show, masked theater), to introduce children to the wealth and variety of means by which a story can be told.
In the project, concepts such as friendship, the violence, racism, self-confidence, the courage of opinion and the value of hard work and foresight emerge through the stories and are illuminated by the roles.
The heroes of the play who are intense and extreme through their situations and experiences are regenerated, are formed, evolving, they change and bring about a reversal in their relationship, both with themselves and with the creatures that coexist in their environment.
At some point the actors will stop the show and become animators to talk to the children, giving them an active role in the show.
Didactic and timeless, the myths of Aesop fascinate children of all ages!
