Can be repaid in a lump sum 31/12 with discount 15% or in 60 monthly installments.
The account of the seven cycles of the repayable advance is prepared to be sent by AADE to approximately 700.000 businesses and freelancers. The amounts that the taxpayers will have to return to the state will be seen in their personal account in the myAADE digital portal. In order to locate the debts, they must enter the AADE website (aade.gr) and with Taxis passwords should look for certified debts, where the total they have received will be indicated, but also the amount they will have to return.
Businesses and professionals have two options:
- To return to the state the lump sum until 31 December 2021 earning a discount 15%.
- To repay the amount to 60 monthly installments. The first installment must be paid by 31 January 2022.
It is noted that loans received by businesses and professionals through the repayable advance program are "cut" to 75%. The rate of return of all repayable advances has decreased in line with the fall in gross corporate revenue. particularly, provided that the employee retention clause provided for in each cycle of refunds has been complied with, is returned:
a) For companies that have started operations before January 1st 2019 and have positive gross income in 2019:
- the 25% if they have a drop in gross revenue in 2020 in relation to 2019 above him 70% and record pre-tax losses.
- the 33,3% if they have a drop in gross revenue in 2020 in relation to 2019 between 30% and 70% and record pre-tax losses.
- The 50% for other companies
b) For new businesses that have started operations after January 1st 2019 or had zero gross revenue in 2019 is returned:
- the 25% if they have a drop in gross revenue in 2020 in relation to 2019 (if they had recorded positive gross income in 2019) above him 30% and record pre-tax losses.
- the 33,3% for other companies.
