Ο μεγαλύτερος “ένοχος” για τα black spots είναι η υπερβολική παραγωγή σμήγματος. Your body naturally produces sebum to lubricate your skin and hair, which is secreted by your pores.. But sometimes sebum can be trapped in the pore, as is the case with blackheads, and accumulates there along with bacteria and dead skin cells.
The sebum, which contains a pigment called melanin, oxidizes when exposed to air. So, when the accumulation of sebum is pressed against the surface of the skin, it is the oxidation that creates the dark hue over the opening.

What can you do at home to get rid of dark spots
Mask with egg white
Egg white can temporarily tighten your pores, which will reduce the chances of developing new pimples or blackheads. After you wash your face, cover it with a light layer of egg white. Subsequently, place a tissue over your face, pushing gently down, so that the paper is impregnated with the egg white. Then put a second layer of egg white on top of the tissue left on your face and cover again with a second tissue.. You will start to feel the "pull" from the tightening of the pores. When the mask is completely dry, remove the tissues, wash and apply a moisturizer.
Milk and honey
The antibacterial properties of honey in combination with the moisturizing action of lactic acid make this combination the perfect solution. Combine a tablespoon of honey (preferably raw, pure, organic honey) with a teaspoon of milk. Put it in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds and mix well. Apply a thin layer over the blackheads and then put a clean one, dry piece of cotton cloth on top. Let it act approx 10 (or until completely dry) and, subsequently, peel off the cotton cloth. You should see some black spots disappear along with the fabric. Subsequently, rinse and moisturize your face as usual.
Baking soda has antiseptic properties. Add enough water to a tablespoon of baking soda to make a paste. Apply the paste over the blackheads and leave it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
It is a completely natural antifungal and antibacterial ingredient with alpha-hydroxy acid, which can help remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of dark spots. After cleaning, use a piece of cotton to dab (do not rub) Freshly squeezed lemon juice over the marks on your face. Let it dry for about 10 minutes and then rinse the lemon juice well with cold water.
