How much is it, truth, a portion of anything; We try to explain, to avoid the most common mistakes.
As much as we try to follow a healthy diet, there are always mistakes that can be made by carelessness, or because we do not know better. And the most common of these mistakes may be that we eat larger portions than,what we need. Because, truth, when was the last time we wondered what that meant “a portion” for each food;
This text is not intended to cause you to weigh your food before putting it on your plate. This habit, unless there is an extremely serious reason, will do more harm than good. But we have some very practical tips to help you better understand portion size and not overdo it.
A mug is not the right portion. Actually, 3/4 of trade cereal cup should be put in our bowl. If, Well, put them directly from the box in the bowl, we can put double. And if we put a second portion (as we often do), we may end up eating up to four servings.
A whole chicken breast is not a portion. Very wholesale – as we will describe in this text because, again, we do not want to weigh our meals – the portion for lean protein is about the size of our palm. Just because chicken breast is one of the healthiest proteins does not mean it has no calories..
The giant burgers we find outside are usually two to three servings of meat. The right portion for red meat is about the size of our fist. Here's a good time to remember that when we say burger, we mean it served with vegetables. Not between two buns, with cheese, bacon and french fries next door.

It is a very good move to replace white bread with wholemeal bread. We gain some fiber and vitamins that are lost through processing. The official portion for bread, Nevertheless, is a slice. Therefore, rather our toasts that we make when time presses us, should be halved.
It would be good not to consume soft drinks, as they contain huge amounts of sugar. But if we have no other choice, the appropriate portion is the small box. Anything more is a surplus and a lot of useless calories.
They contain a lot of fat, and most commercial salad dressings have huge amounts of salt and sugar.. The formal portion is two tablespoons, but ideally it would be better to make your own dressing, with materials you know.
